By accessing and using the Arigora website, you agree to the following terms of use:

Arigora website means a website of Arigora for a particular country. For example, www.arigora.com and my.arigora.com form the Arigora website for the USA.
Content includes text, photos, logos and other information of that nature which registered users insert into skins to make their Arigora webpages.
Registered user means an individual or business registered to use Arigora services including creating Arigora webpages.
Skin means a visual theme designed by Arigora to display and layout content provided by a registered user.
We, us and our means the firm Arigora which provides advertising services on the internet and is based in New Zealand.
1.2 In this agreement, unless a contrary intention appears:
(a) the singular of a word includes the plural of the word and vice versa; and
(b) the words “including”, “for example” or “such as” do not limit the meaning of the words to which the example relates to that example, or examples of a similar kind.
1.3 Headings are used in this agreement for convenience and do not affect the interpretation of these terms of use.
2.1 All material you download or print must retain any trademark and/or copyright notices as they appear on the Arigora website you retrieved the material from.
2.2 You agree that you will not submit queries to any Arigora website for the purpose of obtaining information about the way the Arigora website or Arigora family of websites functions or its structure.
2.3 You agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts any Arigora website or the Arigora family of websites or the servers and networks which are connected to them.
3.1 The Arigora family of websites provides a facility for businesses to advertise their products and services on-line. The registered user is solely responsible for the content they provide and display in their Arigora webpages. The registered user is solely responsible for ensuring that the content they provide does not breach any of the laws of New Zealand or the country they are in. Arigora is are not responsible for ensuring the content the registered user places in their Arigora webpages is not in breach of any law, is non-objectionable, or otherwise appropriate.
3.2 Although we ask that information provided by registered users in their Arigora webpages is complete, correct and up-to-date, we are not responsible for ensuring that the information provided for by the registered user is correct nor accept any responsibility if it is not.
3.3 You understand that by using an Arigora website you may be exposed to content that you may find offensive, indecent or objectionable and that, in this respect, you use an Arigora website at your own risk.
4.1 Your dealings with businesses found on or through an Arigora website, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such businesses.
4.2 You agree that Arigora shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as a result of your dealings with businesses found on or through an Arigora website.
5.1 Arigora holds the copyright to all website artwork appearing on the Arigora family of websites including that which is part of an Arigora webpage skin except where explicitly stated otherwise by Arigora.
5.2 Arigora holds the copyright to all text, documentation and photos appearing on the Arigora family of websites, except where explicitly stated otherwise by Arigora.
5.3 Arigora does not hold the copyright to the text or photos of Arigora webpages. The owner of an Arigora webpage holds the copyright to the text and photos on that webpage, unless explicitly stated otherwise by that owner directly on that webpage or elsewhere, or that owner is using the text or photo under license, or that text or photo is in the public domain. Please contact the owner of the Arigora webpage if you wish to clarify copyright issues regarding the text and photos of their Arigora webpage.
5.4 Arigora uses some photos which it does not own the copyright to. These are the images used in example Arigora webpages. These are all used under licence and were obtained from the wikimedia commons (commons.wikimedia.org).
5.5 Arigora's copyright does not transfer to the owner of an Arigora webpage that uses the "Use Own Domain Name" Add-On. The copyright remains with Arigora.
6.1 Using an Arigora website is at your sole risk. The the Arigora family of websites is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Arigora expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
6.2 Arigora makes no warranty about the Arigora family of websites, including but not limited to warranty a) that the Arigora family of websites will meet your requirements, b) that the Arigora family of websites will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, c) that the Arigora family of websites will deliver accurate or reliable search results, d) that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through an Arigora website will meet your expectations, and e) that any errors in the Arigora family of websites will be corrected.
6.3 No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Arigora or through or from Arigora or the Arigora family of websites shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these terms of use.
Arigora reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any Arigora website or any part thereof at any time with or without notice. You agree that Arigora shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of an Arigora website or any part thereof.
8.1 Arigora has the right to amend any or all of the terms of use.
8.2 If you do not agree with any such amendments then you must not use any Arigora website, as use of the website indicates your acceptance of the terms of use.
8.3 If you continue to use any Arigora website you agree to be bound by all and any such amendments to the terms of use after they become effective.
These terms of use are governed by the laws of New Zealand. You and we submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
If any of these terms of use are held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable for any reason then those terms will be taken to be modified in a way which would remedy the illegality, invalidity or unenforceability or where no such modification is possible the term is to be severed from this agreement with the remaining terms remaining in full force.
